Update:

Thanks to Aladdin Sane, who pointed out that the original
wget-log.tar.gz was not a gzip file. It was actually a bzip2 file
and the name has been changed to wget-log.tar.bz2 to (hopefully)
end the troubles folks must have been having with it. I've also 
uploaded wget-log.tar.gz and wget-log.zip to cover those formats.
